Tell us which device you use, what you expected and what happened. We will help you get back to your note.

System requirements

macOS 14 or later, or iOS and iPadOS 17 or later. Some Picture in Picture and camera behavior must be tested on a physical device.

Your free note

The welcome note is your one free note. Replace its text and keep using the complete editor and Prompt. A second note requires Pro.

iCloud sync

Sync is not available in the current release. Each device keeps an independent local library. iCloud sync is planned for a future Pro update.

Restore a purchase

Open the LucentNote menu and choose Restore Purchases. Make sure the device uses the Apple account that made the original purchase.

Prompt over other apps

Start Prompt, then tap the PiP button. If it is unavailable, check that Picture in Picture is allowed in your device settings and try again outside the Simulator.

Export a note

Choose Export as Markdown from the note menu. The system picker saves the document where you choose, and LucentNote keeps no extra exported copy.
